Washington, DC

Working in the District is as much logistics as construction. Parking has to be arranged, materials staged, elevators reserved and building rules followed — and none of that can be figured out on the morning the crew arrives. We plan the access side during the estimate so the project actually starts when it is supposed to.

The building stock is demanding in its own right. DC rowhouses are narrow, deep and old, with load-bearing party walls, plaster over masonry and layouts that were never designed for how people live now. Opening up a rear kitchen or adding a bathroom means understanding what is structural before anything comes out.

Alongside residential work, we run commercial and office cleaning across the District — scheduled around business hours, with the same crew assigned to a location so standards hold. Post-construction cleaning for build-outs and renovations is a regular part of that work as well.
