Fairfax, VA

Fairfax has some of the most established neighborhoods in the region and a permitting process that catches out contractors who try to work around it. Basement finishing, structural changes, added bathrooms and electrical work all draw county attention, and doing it properly means drawings, permits and inspections at each stage.

We handle that side of the project as part of the scope. Plans get drawn to code, permits get pulled under our name, and inspections get scheduled so the build does not sit idle waiting for someone to make a phone call. It is slower on paper than working without permits, and it is the only version that does not create a problem when you eventually sell.

Beyond the larger projects, Fairfax keeps our painting, flooring and carpentry crews busy in homes that are structurally sound but showing their age. And our recurring cleaning routes run through the area weekly, including deep cleans before holidays and family events.
